Regular class attendance is necessary for progression. If you/your child miss a class, make-up classes are available. Please ask your teacher or the front desk for the appropriate day/time. Classes must be made up within four weeks of the absence.
We follow the Chesapeake Public and Virginia Beach School Systems when closing for inclement weather. We will also update the voicemail and the Facebook page with these closings.
If changes need to be made to you/your student's schedule such as dropping or adding a class, a DROP/ADD form will need to be completed. Unless the form is completed, you will continue to be billed for the classes in which your student was originally enrolled. DROP/ADD forms are located in the studio lobby.

The registration fee is $30 per family, per year and is non-refundable
Yearly, tuition is based on at least 35 classes per year. Depending on holidays, some classes may have more than 35 lessons and you will not be charged for these extra classes.
For your convenience we take cash, checks, Visa, and Master Card. We also offer an automatic payment program. We can automatically charge your credit card or check card on the 5th of each month to ensure payments being made on time.
RETURNED ITEM FEE
A $30 fee will be assessed to all accounts for returned or declined payments.
There are no refunds available, as we are reserving a class space for you/your child.
2017 ANNUAL PERFORMANCE
The performance offers our students a professionally directed performance that allows them to present to their families and friends the results of a year’s hard work, dedication, and progress. The 2017 performance will be held June 17, 2017 at the Sandler Center For Performing Arts. All students who are registered by the beginning of January are eligible to participate in the recital.
